Morphosis: Transformation or change of form.
Mentemorphosis: The name I give to a great transformation of mind, the process of unmaking, remaking, and becoming the evolution of yourself you were meant to be.
The path to real and lasting change often begins in the dark places, and to change requires the courage to step into uncertainty — to be someone you haven't been before, you have to do things you haven't done before. With the right counseling support, you don’t have to do it alone.
